Reuben Deck has been appointed General Manager, taking on responsibility for leading Hazero’s next phase of growth. Having played a key role in shaping the business to date, Reuben brings a strong focus on operational excellence, product development, and delivering high-performance, compliance-led safety solutions.
As part of this transition, Arnie Deck will move into a dedicated Business Development role. In this capacity, he will focus on strategic partnerships, market expansion, and identifying new opportunities to support Hazero’s continued growth. Arnie remains closely involved in the business, contributing his extensive industry knowledge and commercial expertise.
This progression reflects a deliberate step in strengthening Hazero’s leadership capability, positioning the business to scale effectively while continuing to deliver practical, reliable solutions to customers across New Zealand and Australia.
